Half-Marathon crossed off the list...now on to the next!
Looking forward to my first triathlon tomorrow -- a smaller Sprint but albeit a triathlon indeed. This race will provide me with answers to aid me in my next 'official' Sprint distance tri at the Point Grey/UBC race in July.
After the race on Saturday, we're off to Whistler on a biking holiday to check out the Ironman race course before race day on August 25, 2013. The course will have some pretty steep grades but I'm itching to get out there and see how much I can push myself and keep up to Joe.
